Alta Campbell
Alta Campbell was born in Maryland, but she feels equally influenced by the North Carolina mountains, where her parents were born, and Austin, Texas, where she spent 23 years. The Maryland waterways, Blue Ridge mountain range, and the honky-tonks of Texas—these all keep calling her home.
Alta likes to write a little, and she has even written a few songs, which she may post eventually. She also enjoys promoting the talents of her family. Perhaps that is the former teacher in her.
